Hello,

On a given day we got about eight email notifications for new paid subscribers.

But when we export s2Member data from s2Member export 250 feature, we see that there were about 14 new paid subscribers for that same day.

  1. How do we get this in sync?
  2. Why isn’t it the same?

Thanks for your inquiry.

On a given day we got about eight email notifications for new paid subscribers.

You said “email notifications”. Have you actually logged into your payment gateway to confirm how many sales you did for the day? It’s possible that some of the email notifications are being flagged as spam and are not reaching your inbox, or they’re going into your spam folder? This happens quite often with PayPal, because the email notifications sent by PayPal, actually come from each customer, and not FROM PayPal as a company, in terms of the From: address in email messages.
