New Member Registration Error??

This randomly just started happening.
When a new member registers for the first time they get error “Error. Please contact Support for assistance.”.

I did the Server Scan and there were no errors that came up. everything had green checks.

Can somebody help me figure this out asap!?
I have people currently waiting to register.

the s2member system check didn’t have any problems.

I was on the phone with tech support from my hosting company.
The guy said it looks like the information is being sent to PayPal and PayPal is returning the error.

What can I do to get a more detailed error from PayPal to see whats wrong?

I’m afraid that error doesn’t say much. Ah… It might be that your WordPress and s2Member versions are very outdated.

Could you try updating them, starting with s2Member and then updating WordPress? Thanks!
