New User & Admin email notif no longer workin

New User Email Message and Administrative: New User Notification confirmation emails suddenly stopped working. Although new users have registered and are showing up in the admin dashboard, none received a confirmation with a password email and neither have I receive new user notification. Last confirmation was Nov 1, 2013. I haven’t added any plugins since Nov 1. I updated the s2member plugin today to know avail. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated…Bridgette http://www.salonwomen.com is the site.
