I purchased S2Pro in haste, a few days ago, and decided that I don’t want to go that route. (I did not realize the costs needed from the banks). You guys are great and no complaints about your product. But, would you be compassionate enough refund my money. I would love to leave it as a donation for your work, but my finances are really tight.

Sorry, the refund policy states no refunds are issued, except when requested within the first 30 days when s2Member doesn’t work as advertised and after couldn’t resolve it through tech support. s2Member® » Terms » Refund Policy

If you haven’t downloaded s2Member Pro yet, though, I could ask Jason about it. Have you downloaded it?

Yes. I downloaded it – but did not install it. (if that matters).
How about a partial refund? (I have been using your free version, and have enjoyed it.).

Maybe I can help you get s2Member Pro to work for you? What did you want it for when you got it and why did you decide not to use it after all?
