No payments on my site

Hi, I’m creating sort of a job-searching site for graduates I’m going to have 4roles, which would be me as an admin, students, companies and moderators. You can only register as a student, or fill a form that is sent to the moderator so he can create a company account for you. I will be the only one to create accounts for moderators. I don’t need any payments, no paypal whatsoever. Will S2 be able to do this? As far as I understand I’m gonna need the paid version to do this…
