I’m a developer who recently took over the maintenance on a website using s2member. There are past admins who need to be deleted, but every time one is deleted in the back end, the site breaks (404 error message). TO CLARIFY, A VISITOR IS TAKEN TO THE SITE, BUT RECEIVES A “PAGE NOT FOUND MESSAGE”. I have no additional information about the problem. Before replacing the plugin with something else, I would appreciate any help with this issue. Thank you!!

Could you please post the whole error that it gives you? Thanks.

Also, the customer support forum and the private contact form is only for paid members that have paid for the pro version of s2Member.
