hi guys, I am wondering whether I should put a ‘nofollow’ in links pointing to ClickBank payment gateway . the link looks something like this

[s2Member-Pro-ClickBank-Button cbp="4" sp="1" ids="188" exp="2" desc="XXXXX" custom="XXXX" image="XXXXX" output="anchor" /]

I’m very sorry for the delay in response.

You may choose to add a nofollow to your link, but it’s not necessary. A search engine checking a ClickBank checkout page won’t cause any problems for you, I think.

When you create the link, you’d create an HTML anchor tag with the shortcode’s output as the href value. Then you can use the rel attribute to make the link nofollow as you see here:
