As per my post in the old forum, I had to do this when I did the most recent upgrade.
Would of thought you would of change it in the source files by now.

Interesting. Well ® IS a valid XHTML entity. I was also unable to invalidate this against even a mobile DOCTYPE matching the one you originally posted. Can you please confirm which DOCTYPE you are using? Thanks!

Perhaps the DOCTYPE was updated to support this? I think it should, it’s part of the XHTML specs.

Hi Jason,

Thanks for getting back to me so fast.
I am using HTML 5, so no DTD as per the old request.
I updated my theme to be HTML 5 compliant, and it fixed most errors, except that one.

For some reason in Safari it threw up an validation error and it was the ® that did it.
Changed the file like last time, and all fixed.
