Not all membership level is listed

Hi there,

I have read this thread and follow the steps to add more than 4 levels,

However, I have not been able to see 8 different fields on the s2 member > General Options > Membership Levels/Labels

I have deactivate the plugin and restarted my apache, but no luck. I’m using this on a WP Multisite install with no blog farm.

Can you assist me please? Cheers!
