Hi all, I just thought I’d let you know I don’t seem to be getting emails when replies are left on topics I’ve subscribed too… I’ve checked my junk too :) Zoe

I know only another user having reported she doesn’t get emails from our site to one of her addresses, but does to another. The problem seems to be with that particular account she has, for some odd reason we couldn’t figure out. What email service are you using?

Hi all, no I didn’t the alerts for this, hence my late response! I was using my info@ address but I’ve changed it to my personal email to see if it makes a difference. I’m using my company email that’s set up through 1and1. Cheers!
