Nothing happening in s2Member Register page

Hi

I’m following Jason Caldwell’s video tutorial on setting up s2Member with BuddyPress.

However, when I click to see the s2Member Standard Registration page, it redirects to my homepage. I’m guessing that I need to associate the WP page I created with s2Member, but I can’t find how to do that. Caldwell doesn’t say to do anything other than create a page with the slug ‘/register’, (although he mentions in passing that he’s added a shortcode to the text window of the page).

How do I correctly create the s2Member registration page associated with a WordPress page?

Come on folks, surely there’s a way to have a registration page with s2Member Framework. Or do I have to buy the upgrade to the Pro version to get this ‘functionality’?

I’m just trying to get an s2Member register page to happen. Is this really impossible?
