Hi David, thanks for your inquiry! It looks like it could be a problem with the JavaScript on your site. Are you running any caching plugins? Do you have any custom JavaScript running through the forms? If no to both of those, can you try reverting to Twenty-Eleven and seeing if it works with that installed? Thanks, and let me know if you get the problem fixed. |

Thanks Bruce, the theme was definitely the problem. I activated the Theme Test Drive plugin and was able to submit the form. However now I’ve stumbled onto a new problem – my account was not created. After clicking checkout I was brought to PayPal to set up my recurring payment. I entered my password and approved the transaction and was redirected back to the site. But I didn’t receive a confirmation email, and my PayPal account wasn’t charged. Here’s the IPN log:

They would all be there in the s2member-logs directory. Normally more than one log file gets generated. |

Hi this is David responding from a different account (my support license was transferred to this account). Here is my entire s2member-logs directory (minus the .htaccess file). I’ve only made 1 transaction so far.

Hmm… The log entries are really quite empty. I wonder if the theme plugin you tried in these tests caused a problem. Is there no way for you to change to the default theme to test this? If it works differently then, we’ll know the theme or theme changer plugin, are causing trouble. There’s a plugin that lets you change the theme on a specific page, which may be another thing to try. http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/page-theme/ |
