Hi there, We’re starting to use s2member pro on our ecourse website. Registration for the next course will begin 09/01 and end 09/30. The course itself will run from 10/01 until 11/10. This will be a one-time charge with no reoccurring billing or subscription. What I am looking to do is have memberships paid for between 09/01 and 09/30 expire on 11/10. How would I go about this? We don’t want/need to use PayPal Pro so would prefer sticking with a simple button. The “easy” solution seems to be to set a 2 months + 2 weeks term and then demote all users manually after 11/10. But, could we have an expiration date calculated at checkout instead? I know there are shortcodes but I’m not all that familiar with PHP so would appreciate some assistance, ideally a code snippet to include in the checkout form (though I wouldn’t mind using s2-hacks.php as well). I’ve seen several discussions in the forum concerning specific expiration dates, but they all concern subscriptions and how PayPal needs the dates formatted. Again, in our case we’re not looking for subscriptions, just one-time payments. Thanks so much |
