online course registration and access

I have a potential project where users would register for online courses / training as well as in person course registrations. The user would purchase the course / training then have instant access to it. Users would only be allowed to have access to the courses they have purchased. Once completed they could only view them. I’m thinking this would be possible with s2Member, but just want to be sure.

The other occasional scenario would be that the staff admin would register on behalf of a user. If it is possible mark it as being registered by the admin via the admin’s log in, that would be ideal, but if the admin would just use the same registration page as any other user that’s fine as well.
