online courses in S2 Member

Hi,

Assuming that I have 3 courses. When a customer pays for course 1, he/she should access to pages related to course 1. If another pays for course 2, he/she should only access to course 2. I tried to setup this up using specific pages restriction. I am quite sure I can do it for one course, but can I do it for more than 1 course?

What about users? Can I add in users so that they can access specific pages without paying?

Hi Jason, you’d need to use custom capabilities, which I believe is available with the free version. See s2member > API / Scripting > Custom Capabilities (Packages) for a description of how these work.

Basically you can assign a ccap to each registration form (via the shortcode), then to each corresponding page you want those members to have access too.

Hi guys,

I also have several different courses and each course is either 4 weeks long or 5 week long. Can I have s2member (basic or pro) drop or deliver one lesson at a time per week?

In other words, will s2member be able to grant access to content in a weekly basis rather than all at once for each specific course? How do I configure that?
