Only mail to Register or prepopulate fields

Hi, I would like to create a Homepage similar to this: https://managewp.com/ they only ask for an e-mail to register.

1) Is there a way I can achieve this, so free users can register only with their e-mail?

2) If not…. Is there a way that when a user add his e-mail on this box and click on “sign-up for a free account” … it takes the user to the sign-up form but with the email already added (prepopulated)?
