Only Process North American Sales

I have a few pages which aren’t just selling access, but also physical products. Since I’m using Pro Forms, it does not appear that I have a way to calculate shipping on these orders. Thus, International orders are posing a problem, since I cannot afford to absorb those shipping costs and the purchase price has been set based on expected Domestic shipping costs.

How can I either:

a: calculate additional shipping for international orders

OR

b: restrict these sales to only North American shipping addresses.

s2Member currently is not able to handle something like this, as it’s meant for more strictly-online transactions. I’d recommend altering the form templates under /s2member-pro/includes/templates/, and add some JavaScript to handle this. Or, perhaps, you could simply only allow users to select the United States under the country dropdown within this template.
