Need to Log Out of Protected Page

I have figured out how to use this plugin without PayPal buttons, which I do not need. I’ll place a link on the website for http://www.riverbendbc.org/church-directory which only church members can access. When they go to this link, they are automatically directed to the Membership options page where I have a link for a church member to either register or log in if already registered. After logging in, the member is automatically redirected to the actual Church Directory page – http://www.riverbendbc.org/church-directory where they will need to click on a link to get a pdf file (which is currently not linked). The problem is when the church member exits out of this website, he never actually logs out, so if a different person uses the same computer, when he opens up http://www.riverbendbc.org and clicks on the church directory link (link is not currently on this website), he immediately goes to the Church Directory page without needing to log in because the previous person never logged out. If this second person is not a member, this is a problem. How does a member log out?
