Opt-In/Opt-Out check box in user profile

I have integrated s2member with my single mailchimp list.

Level 0 users get subscribed to this mailing list.

I have also included the Double Opt-In Box in the registration form.

Question: How can I give the choice to an existing member to Opt-Out from the mailing list by editing his user profile? Is it possible to add an Opt-In/Opt-Out check box to the s2member Member Profile Modifications page or pop-up?

I believe this isn’t possible by default, although I think you could do this if you’re a developer experienced with Mailchimp.
