Page design in existing site with member area

Hi, I am conssidering buying S2 member – for member site creation on my blog – http://www.stressmanagementforbusywomen.com I want to sell on clickbank Because I am technically challenged, I thought to save time that I would start loading course content into my site whilst I shopped around for member plug in. I want to ask you: Does this plug in have functionality to remove the main site’s headers and menus for me for the member area pages?
