PAID and did NOT receive

I paid for S2member Pro but did not receive a confirmation email or an email with a link to the file. Anyone know where/how to reach customer service??

Bump. I see that Techs are responding to “paying customer” posts in the other forum. I am also a paying customer. I’d like my product please.
