Password Reset

Your password reset function does not work on your website. I’ve tried various avenues to contacting you, but I haven’t had any success. I need access to another account, but can’t reset the password!!

Thank you for reporting this important issue! Your password reset function does not work on your website. I’ve tried various avenues to contacting you, but I haven’t had any success. I need access to another account, but can’t reset the password!! I’m very sorry for the inconvenience! I’m notifying our development team of this right now. In the mean time if you could tell me the username for the account in question (if you know it) I’ll send a new password to the email address it’s linked to.
