Hello,

Overall, s2Member is working well with our Membership-style website. Members pay for their level of content access, and they receive the content they’re expecting.

However, if a membership becomes “past due” the member is dropped from the s2Member system. We would prefer that this does not happen. We can deal with collecting past due memberships based on a monthly CSV file. We don’t mind if our members go past due.

Is this a possibility with s2Member? Could we pay for this customization?

Thanks!

Randy Holland

You can have the EOT system not demote the user. See here: [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Options -› Automatic EOT Behavior[/hilite]

Thank you Christian.

One more quick question, have the Automatic EOT Behaviors changed in the last 6 months or so?

Some of the drop down options seem new.

Best,

Randy

The settings “Membership EOTs also Remove all Custom Capabilities” and “EOT Grace Time (in seconds)” were added in v130220 (Feb 20, 2013).
