Pay to Post Membership!

would it be possible to use this plug-in to allow members the ability to pay per post? We are creating a student accommodation site with listings of rentals in certain areas – landlords/agents would become members of the site after paying a fee – a fee which would allow them to create a certain number of posts/listings on our site – with the option of renewal.

Is this something s2member could handle or would I need to find an alternative method?

I’m afraid this behavior isn’t possible with s2Member, you might be able to modify it to work like that, but it would probably require advanced PHP knowledge.
