I’m wondering if someone could help me out. I have a reoccurring monthly subscription area on my blog with around 120 members @ $6/month. Nothing too heavy. Every couple of days, either PayPal or s2member skips one or two payments. After five days, those “skipped” members are suspended. I initially thought the members didn’t have available funds, but I’m hearing complaints that there’s plenty of money available in their PayPal account and there’s no reason for their payments to be skipped.

Am I doing something wrong with my s2member configuration? Is PayPal choking on these payments for some reason?

Thanks!

Hello Bob,

Could you please post the logs for those transactions? You can find the s2Member logs under wp-content/plugins/s2member-logs, if there isn’t anything there, please enable logging under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Options -› Account Details -› Logging, then wait for another transaction to come around that has the same problem, and post the logs here.

Remember to only post the log regarding that specific transaction, also remember to X out any personal or private info.

Well I’m not sure what the problem might be. Could you try running the next script?:
http://www.s2member.com/r/server-check/

Just upload it to your main WordPress folder, and open it with your browser.
