Our membership form has stopped working all of a sudden. using PayPal pro forms

https://cpatrendlines.com/membership-options/go-pro/?mo_ref&s2-ssl=yes

Three separate people in 3 geographically diverse locations get this error:

Error #10764. This transaction cannot be processed at this time. Please try again later. This transaction cannot be processed at this time. Please try again later.

Which according to:

https://cms.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/?cmd=_render-content&content_ID=developer/e_howto_api_nvp_errorcodes

Means:

10764
This transaction cannot be processed at this time. Please try again later.
This transaction cannot be processed at this time. Please try again later.
The transaction was declined by PayPal. Please try again later. If the problem persists, please contact PayPal.

Any insight into what might be causing this greatly appreciated.

Will contact PayPal as well, but given prior experience that looks to be a frustrating road to go down.

Thanks

Bummer, this is still an issue as of today – Tuesday June 5 at 5:40AM EST

Hope someone from S2 might have some ideas here.

PayPal acknowledged issue but provided no information or ETA on resolution.

I’m sorry, it does seem to be on PayPal’s end. You should contact them. If it was just one transaction, then it’s probably a problem with that particular card or something. Are you getting other payments to go through successfully?

If you have enabled logging in s2Member, we can look at the log entries for the transaction. [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Options -› Account Details -› Logging[/hilite]
