PayPal Button not generated after PRO upgrade

Upgraded to Pro S2Memeber, created the code for Leve 8, but WP is not creating a button.

With old Code it works ( [s2Member-PayPal-Button ) but with new ( [s2Member-Pro-PayPal-Form) does not.

To illustrate the issue I’ve added both buttons on the page (see source code below) and it generates only one button (from the old code). see here: http://www.photigy.com/login/
