Paypal cancelled all 2-month subscriptions!

Our level 2 members were all downgraded to subscribers for some odd reason – would anyone know how to fix our payment button to avoid this?

So we wanted to give our level 2 members a 2-day free trial, and after that credit 49€ for a 2-month access. Payments came through correctly after 2 days, but PayPal cancelled their subscription right after it. And now, after one week from when the payments came through s2Member downgraded everyone to subscribers.

We upgraded them again to level 2 manually, but can’t keep doing this for everyone forever… Please help.
The Auto-EndOfTerm setting is on, however with all logic it should only revert members to subscribers AFTER the 2 months are up, isn’t that right?
