I tested the check-out process today, as I’m going to be opening sales soon. Everything went smoothly. Then, when I clicked the PayPal button on my sales page a little while later, I got this error message: “This invoice has already been paid. For more information, please contact the merchant. Your purchase couldn’t be completed. There’s a problem with the merchant’s PayPal account. Please try again later.” I also tried clicking the sales page PayPal button from other devices, like my iPhone, but it still took me to this error message instead of letting me proceed to the check out process. Help please! Thanks! |
