Hello, I hope someone can help as I am starting to panic about a problem which has just occurred with paypal not sending out the confirmation emails.
The site has been live for two weeks, we did all the testing and everything worked great. Last week we had two bookings and everything went well, then last night we had another member join, I received the email from paypal saying we’d received the money but the member didn’t activate the account.
I did a test this morning with paypal and I didn’t receive an email with all the joining details either, just a receipt.
Nothing has changed, it is still the same email address being used, the paypal button I generated is the same for the two that joined last week for the lady last night. I can see the email confirmation in the paypal options page on s2 members, but it’s just not being generated.
Any help would be appreciated.
