I took over a site for a client who’s using S2Member with Paypal and for the life of me I can’t figure out where the code for the pricing on the site is. I thought what I was looking for would be easy to find but it’s not. Here’s the page:

Where do I change the $30?

Hello Jeff,

You can easily generate a new pro-form in order to change the price of the subscription. You can do that under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Pro Forms.

You can also change the price with the ra attribute in the shortcode. :)

I replied to this but I guess it didn’t post. the only value I find anywhere where there is an ra= is ra=.01. I can’t find anywhere where the value is ra=30. I’m probably going to have to refer them to someone to pay for help on this because I’ve spun my wheels on it enough already. Not sure how that works here.

That’s strange. It’s possible I was mistaken about the ra bit.

In any case, you can re-generate the buttons so that you don’t have to modify them manually, this would be a wise thing to do to check what attribute is the one that controls the price for example.

The crazy thing is, I also don’t see where the copy is in any of the code you mentioned. In other words, if you look at that page, it says “A Single, Annual Membership is just $30.00.” I can’t find “a single annual membership” anywhere either. I kinda don’t want to mess with new forms and then screw something up and not know how to fix it. I’d rather have someone who knows S2 look at it at this point.

Could you please post the shortcode you’re using? I want to see if there’s anything strange with your shortcode.

This is the closest I can find to what I assume would be a sign up form is in the section called Pro Forms For Level #1 Access and it is:

[s2Member-Pro-PayPal-Form level="1" ccaps="" desc="Bronze Member / Description and pricing details here." ps="paypal" lc="" cc="USD" dg="0" ns="1" custom="digital1to1.com" ta="0" tp="0" tt="D" ra="0.01" rp="1" rt="M" rr="1" rrt="" rra="2" accept="paypal,visa,mastercard,amex,discover,maestro,solo" accept_via_paypal="paypal" coupon="" accept_coupons="0" default_country_code="" captcha="0" /]

Here is the only one that has code that looks like it’s custom, and it’s in the S2 section called “Free Registration forms.”

[s2Member-Pro-PayPal-Form register="1" level="0" ccaps="" desc="Signup now, it's Free!" custom="digital1to1.com" tp="0" tt="D" captcha="clean" /]
