I only have PayPal activated and that is all I need as a merchant account, however other gateways are showing up.

Thank you for your inquiry.

You can turn off Credit Cards by changing your accept attribute in your Pro form to just paypal.

I have already done that the credit cards still show.

All I have is PayPal checked.
