I am a paid s2Member user. I use the PayPal Pro Payments option in my website.
It seems like the token stops working after a while. At first I thought it was just a random glitch, but it keeps happening. Every month or so we get a customer complaining that they can’t checkout using PayPal guest checkout with a credit card.
When I test it, regular checkout works, checkout with PayPal account works, but PayPal guest checkout with a credit card doesn’t work.
I go to s2Member > PayPal Options > PayPal PDT/Auto-Return Integration
and follow the directions, replacing the PayPal PDT Identity token with what is in PayPal.
Then it works again. Until we get another complaint a month or so later. This has happened three times now.
Do you know what is causing this and how we can avoid it?
