PayPal Premier Account with S2Member FREE

I’ve looked around and saw someone else ask this question but without an answer and this is my question as well. Before I install s2member (FREE) version, I want to know if I can use it with my premier PayPal account? According to the FAQs, it says: “The free s2Member® Framework supports only PayPal® Standard Button integration. At a minimum, you will need a PayPal® Business account, which is free.” But I am not wanting to upgrade my PP account, so will premier work ?
