Hi,

I am setting up a pro form for the first time. I have selected the variable ‘£39 – One Time ( for 2 week access, non-recurring, no trial )’. When I test and check in paypal it says the transaction in for an initial £39 with £39 recurring every 2 weeks.

The ‘membership approved’ email I receive from S2 (as a subscriber) states…

Subscr. ID: I-09YDS83CCXWA
Charges today: $39.00
Recurring charges: $0 / non-recurring

totally confused!

thanks
Nick

Hi Nick.

Could you please post the shortcode you have for that pro-form?

Also, please post the log entries for the transaction. [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Options -› Account Details -› Logging[/hilite]

Thanks!

I see. That shortcode is for a subscription. Here, I edited it so it’s a Buy Now one:

[s2Member-Pro-PayPal-Form level=”3″ ccaps=”festival” desc=”You are purchasing membership to Cleeve Racing’s Royal Ascot service for a one off £39.00″ ps=”paypal” lc=”” cc=”GBP” dg=”0″ ns=”1″ custom=”cleeveracing.com” [hilite mono]ta="0" tp="0" tt="D"[/hilite] ra=”39″ rp=”2″ rt=”W” [hilite mono]rr="BN"[/hilite] rrt=”” rra=”2″ accept=”paypal” accept_via_paypal=”paypal” coupon=”” accept_coupons=”0″ default_country_code=”” captcha=”0″ /]

[hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Pro Forms -› Shortcode Attributes (Explained)[/hilite]

I hope that helps. :)

Thanks Cristian,

I used your code but now get an error on the page….

Invalid form configuration. Missing “level” attribute. Membership Level. Must be numeric [1-4], or an asterisk (*).

I didn’t touch the level attribute from your shortcode: [hilite mono]level=”3″[/hilite]. Check that you have it in the new one you’re using, please.
