Any ideas what I am doing wrong and how do i fix it?

This is whats happening. I am currently in paypal sandbox on a pro account.

I have a level one subscription button works fine. set to charge $9.99

I have a modify button set to charge $19.98

When i go through the process I am given the message on the paypal screen “Amount can only be increased by 20%”

When i asked in the forum, i was told that a pro account did not have the 20% restriction, so whats wrong?

Hello Kevin,

Under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Buttons -› Subscr. Modification Buttons I found the following:

* Watch out for the 20% rule. Additional details are documented here.
* Tip s2Member Pro Forms are NOT subjected to this ridiculous 20% rule.
