Hello,

OK, so I am setting up a system for my client. The system works like this:

1) visitor signs up for one of three membership options.

2) Regardless of membership chosen, visitor is given a 14 day free trial period.

3) Visitor logs payment info with PayPal, then should be directed back to be registered, receive email, etc.

However, when we make a purchase, we go through to paypal (with s2member generated buttons (I have tried using the raw html, and adding a success= parameter – no luck) pay – then we are redirected to this ugly gray page which states:

Thank you! ( you MUST check your email before proceeding ).

* Note: It can take ( up to 15 minutes ) for Email Confirmation with important details. If you don’t receive email confirmation in the next 15 minutes, please contact Support.

Then, no email is sent, ever in any situation, and no record of the user exists at all. Or the payment details – in s2member.

I have turned on the logs, and am not seeing much, here is a clip of the rtn.log:

and the ipn log has sensitive data so I can not post here but will happily send to any support member if asked.

I have checked, double checked and triple checked all PayPal settings, IPN settings, API access – all of that is as it’s supposed to be. Please help?

Also – if this is because as I found in research, that with free trial periods sometimes the data transfer can take a while – it sure is taking a loooong while, as not one email has ever been sent, and we’ve been testing for roughly 24 hours.
