PayPal re-occuring Payments and 1 month free

Hey, I am trying to set up s2member Pro Forms with PayPal, however, we only want to use the Standard PayPal account, we have upgraded it to Business and we have the API key. Can we still get 1 month free subscription followed by re-occurring monthly billing using this? Our client will not upgrade to PayPal Pro as it’s too expensive. There is a PayPal Advanced that seems better, is there a way to integrate this? Any ideas please? Thank you.

Ah, it seems I should be able to integrate the s2member PayPal Pro Forms with PayPal Express Checkout, this sounds like what I want. Re-occurring payments and the 1 month free options should work with this, right? Thanks

Ah, it seems I should be able to integrate the s2member PayPal Pro Forms with PayPal Express Checkout, this sounds like what I want. Re-occurring payments and the 1 month free options should work with this, right? Yes. This is correct. You can have a recurring subscription with only PayPal as an option with PayPal Express Checkout. You will need PayPal Pro for processing Credit Cards with Recurring Billing, though.
