Hi there

I have a problem with an s2member Pro form which is connecting to PayPal Payments Standard.

I have set up a recurring subscription for visitors to pay for. It is supposed to charge £10 GBP initially and then the same amount every year for ongoing access. The integration seems to work but when I get the recurring payment through to my PayPal account, the status of the payment is Pending and the profile start date is set to a year in the future (23rd April 2014). In other words, the payment will not be taken for another twelve months, as I understand it.

I have spoken to PayPal and they say that I need to recreate the payment button as it must have become corrupted. As I am using a Pro form for PayPal checkout, I am not sure how to do this. The short code that I am using to insert the payment form into my WordPress page is as follows:

[s2Member-Pro-PayPal-Form level="1" ccaps="" desc="£10 GBP / Yearly (recurring charge)" ps="paypal" lc="" cc="GBP" dg="0" ns="1" custom="www.alliancepartyscotland.org.uk" ta="0" tp="0" tt="D" ra="10" rp="1" rt="Y" rr="1" rrt="" rra="2" accept="paypal" accept_via_paypal="paypal" coupon="" accept_coupons="0" default_country_code="" captcha="clean" success="http://www.alliancepartyscotland.org.uk/?page_id=231" /]

Can anyone see a problem here or make a suggestion about what is going wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated. The live link to the membership form on the website is:

Best wishes

Evan

s2Member’s Pro Forms are encrypted on the page. Looking at your shortcode it appears to be correct, but we’ll need to see logs to tell for sure. Do you have logging enabled?
