Hello, My client has issued a refund for the last payment cycle to all of our website’s subscribers, which made S2 Member bump everyone down to non-paid subscriber and remove private access completely. Worse yet, it appears in the user list that the PayPal recurring payment ID has also been stripped, so it may no longer be possible to match users with their (still active) PayPal recurring profiles. This was a one-time refund on our end, not a user cancellation, and the paypal recurring profiles are still active. Hence the user status and private privileges should have remained unchanged. I do have a backup from before this happened, but would restoring it mess things up with S2 Member with the refund happening? What is the best course of action to restore the private access and continue properly receiving monthly payments? Thank you for advice! Best, |
