Paypal stopped populating cust. id info.

Paypal subscriptions automatically populated the customer id for about the first 20 subscribers who chose to pay. For some reason it doesn’t work anymore. All I can think is that there is a plugin conflict now. Is there an automated way to check for plugin conflicts?
