I’m trying to program a button/form to charge X amount (ie. $99) for X number of months (12 months) and they get lifetime membership. I don’t see that option. I see the ability to charge $99/month, but I couldn’t make it specify to stop after 12 payments have been made. How do I do that? Thanks.

I think what you’re looking for is the rrt="" shortcode attribute for both PayPal Buttons and Pro Forms.
