Hi,

Why is this happening?

What I want to have happen is that after someone pays on PayPal they get taken directly to http://www.amazingyoga.net/thank-you/

A lot of new members do not get their welcome email with link to registration after paying as it appears to go to their spam folder, or they simply don’t realize they got it. My thank you page gives them instructions of where to look and to add my email address to their address book. I am trying to cut down on the # of people who email me and complain that they didn’t get access and a custom success URL seemed like the best way to do this.

Please advise me on how to fix the success URL issue, and provide any other advice you may have as to how I can cut down on the aforementioned emails.

Hi Sean,

Based on the URL that you posted here, PDT is recieving the thank-you page that you have set up, which tells me that this is happening within the processing routines. Can you post your paypal-rtn.log file here from /s2member-logs/ in your plugins directory? If it doesn’t exist, ensure that logging is enbaled under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Options -› Account Details -› Logging

A lot of new members do not get their welcome email with link to registration after paying as it appears to go to their spam folder, or they simply don’t realize they got it.

One thing you could try to improve your inbox delivery, is to customize the Signup Confirmation email, instead of using the default one. [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Options -› Signup Confirmation Email[/hilite]

I’m having the same issue. The success attribute is present in the shortcode and url, but am getting sent back to the generic s2member page.

Hi there,

This is how s2Member’s processing this. The link that is generated in page is the link that you have set up here. If you’d like to automatically have it go to the page set up, add this to a Must-Use plugin file by putting this into a s2hacks.php file and uploading it to you /wp-content/mu-plugins directory (you may need to create the directory) via FTP:
