I’m adding this code to my header but I need 

<a href="http://example.com/members/" title="Members Homepage">Welcome, </a> | &lt;a href=&quot;"title="Sign Out"&gt; Sign Out</a>

I need to add user current username to the end of this line in a php code because it’s in my header.php file.
