Plugin S2member-pro doesn´t work

Hi all, I buy the s2member-pro plugin and upload it with Filezilla to /wp-content/plugins but doesn´t appear in my WP backend/plugins and i cant see any changes in my s2member scroll down menu! Please help, Thanks
