We are using Version 120703 + s2Member Pro v120703 and have been seeing all the settings completely disappear. We usually find out when a customer is unable to checkout. We have Disactivation Safeguards turned on. We have confirmed some sales in the past, and then after some period of time it seems to randomly loose all the settings. We have exported the settings to be able to quickly import them when this happens again, but we really need to get some help with figuring out why they are disappearing. Any thoughts? |
