Post Access – Post Listing Under My Account

I currently have Wishlist Member and am ready to make a switch… because it has a major system limitation that I absolutely need. It seems like a simple request… but I’m surprised at how difficult it has been to find a plugin that can achieve my goal.

My site is primarily based around Specific Post Access Restrictions. If I have 1,000 posts on my site, and a member has purchased 10 of them, I want that them to be able to see those 10 on a “My Posts/My Account” type of page.

Is this possible with s2Member?

P.S. – I’m not a coder… so I’m looking for something simple, like a shortcode, that I can drop into the designated page.

Unfortunately s2Member does not have this feature yet. However if you would like this set up we’d be happy to assist you. This is a feature that has been requested multiple times and I plan on creating a s2Member® » Knowledge Base arcticle on this soon.

If we end up going with s2Member, I would be interested in your assistance. How would that work? Is this a one off developer project that we would pay for?

Here’s what I’d ideally like to accomplish with this first project…

Project Requirements: My site is primarily based around “Pay per Post” restrictions (some posts will be FREE… other posts will be listed at premium pay per post fee). In either instance, we will require user registration.

If I have 1,000 posts on my site, and a member has purchased or signed up for 10 of them, I want them to be able to see those 10 on a “My Posts/My Account” type of page. Ideally, I would like to display the user’s purchased posts in a catalog like view with the post’s featured image and excerpt. The user would click through the selected post and access it on demand.

There’s no reason to pay for a project to be made. We’d be happy to help you write up a bit of code to perform this functionality. This feature has been requested in the past and is something that will help customers in the future work with s2Member.
