Pre-existing subscribers

Hello, I am considering s2 member for a client that has 10,000+ existing WordPress users at the ‘Subscriber’ level. These Subscribers would be non-paying s2 members, but subscribers need to log in to gain access to pdf file downloads on unprotected Pages. Would s2 (either free or paid version) acknowledge and recognize these subscribers upon install? Or, how do I get these 10,000+ users into the s2 member database? Thank you!

Thanks for your inquiry. ~ We appreciate your patience :-) Import/Export functionality is a feature provided by s2Member® Pro. You will need to look over the documentation in your Dashboard regarding the format of your CSV import file. Regardless of what platform you’re coming from, you will need to construct a CSV import file to the specs detailed here please. See: Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Import/Export -› User/Member Importation Since you don’t have s2Member® Pro yet, I’m attaching a screenshot of the importation panel so you can get an idea of how this works.
