Pre-Sales Question

Hello,

s2member looks very good when i compare to other membership plugins. Though i have few questions need to be answered before i purchase pro version for my site.

I am architect and interior designer. I want to create membership access to my clients like builders, promoters, buyers etc. Actually i will receive payments in offline mode like cash, bank transfer etc. Once i got payment i have to give access to specified files or folder (i want to give access to download pdf file).

I have few questions:

1) once my client registered in my site, is this possible to generate unique password for them to access?
2) Actually i will receive payments from builders (they have several apartments) every month as like subscription. So they some time will pay for 1 apartments rest of them not. In this situation, is this possible to restrict access which they didn’t pay apartments alone?
3) If so, how much manual intervention is needed? or any special training is needed?
