Hi,

If I purchase a single license for a domain, but I’m developing the site locally and then moving it to a staging server before it finally goes live at the primary domain, will it work in those two environments before reaching the primary domain location?

Yes this would work, but please maintain your main website field in your profile updated with your latest website.

You might also want to follow the instructions under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› General Options -› Localhost WAMP/MAMP Developers, just so it works as expected in your localhost enviroment.
